Did you see the ECLIPSE???  Yes, I'm a bit late, but I did create a fun ECLIPSE technique card for this grand occasion.   In fact, I created TWO cards using the negative squares left over after stenciling and die cutting with the Enduring Beauty Hybrid Bundle and my retired Plaid Builders dies.  Luckily the cards did not disappoint, even if the actual eclipse was not QUITE as grand I thought it would be on our side of the continent!

So as I was browsing my Journey Time You Tube Channel I thought I would look at my FIRST videos!  I think I had only made two videos before COVID rocked our world!  One thing it DID do is force me to step out of my comfort zone for the benefit of my club members, so we could meet once a month on Zoom (another FIRST) and also so that I could make tutorials for those who were not able to attend the Zoom workshops!

Wow was that a learning curve!!  LOL.. and now several years later I am still stepping out of that comfort zone!  Now I am trying to learn REELS!  LOL!  Being retired, I can never say I am bored... that is for SURE!

All I can tell you, is when I saw this embossing folder technique on YouTube, it truly looked like MAGIC!

However, once I decided to TRY this technique using the Stampin' UP! 3D Embossing folder and Stampin' UP! ink pads... it WAS magic!  You can watch the @JourneyTime Tutorial and see the magic happen!  So HERE it IS!

It's ALIVE!  It's ALIVE!  Well at least that is how I felt when I made this cute yellow submarine LIGHT UP!  Okay... it's actually a Wild Wheat submarine.  Some say Wild Wheat is brown, some khaki, but I feel it is a YELLOW brown,  So a YELLOW submarine it IS!

I just love 'light  up' cards... well all interactive cards to be truthful!  They are just SO much fun!  I saw this new  Submarine Life Bundle in the new Stampin' UP!  Mini Catalog and I knew I wanted to make the submarine LIGHT UP!

So sometimes you have to 'step outside the box!'  So although Valentine's Day is coming SOON.. I decided to make a card that could be uses for MANY occasions! I also stepped outside the box, by using Gilding Wax... I was introduced to them at a Scrapbook Expo and fell in LOVE!
